Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to present a variety of dresses and gowns that incorporate rich and luxurious silks, chiffons, and delicate laces to create an elegant and refined look. Our signature collections focus on unexpected details, cut, proportion, and workmanship ensuring the most feminine and flattering fit.
We design for the discriminating bride and bridesmaid who are looking for a dress that she can use not only for the wedding, but again and again for any special occasion. With a fresh take on modern silhouettes, playful patterns, and charming textures, the Jenny Yoo Collection introduces captivating lines in classic fabrications that are every bit runway ready as they are romantic.
All about modern femininity, each gown is tailored to perfection with soft layers of luxe chiffon, soft tulle, silk crepe, and floral prints to create a rich mixture of textures. With an unparalleled array of sizes and beautiful colors that range from pale blue to deep berry, our goal is to give a personalized experience and beautiful quality dress that she can carry with her for years to come.
“In a time where tradition is emphasized, weddings have become more intimate by holding a special meaning for both the couple and those who care for them. I have created a special line of bridesmaid and bridal gowns that evolve with the footsteps of today’s changing times.”

Sustainability
It is very important to us that all our products are created with the highest level of integrity at all stages of the design and manufacturing process. All gowns are designed in our corporate office in New York City and then manufactured with our factories in China and India. All of our factories are certified and passed the Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) which is a social compliance audit aligned with industry standards and best practices to improve working conditions in supply chain. The WCA ensures no child labor is ever used in our dresses. Our design team personally visits our factories every year and work hand in hand with them ensuring quality in every aspect of our manufacturing process.
Our Bridal Crepe fabric, found in many of our Jenny Yoo Collection bridal gowns, is made using sustainable yarns. The fabric is sourced from a man-made cellulosic fiber from recovered yarn with its viscose produced in a way so as to protect wood and forest.
To maintain fabric sustainability domestically, we have partneredwith Fabscrap to recycle and repurpose unused fabrics. We also donate other fabrics and trims to The Fashion Class, a New York Based Fashion Design school for youth who visit our studios yearly as part of educating the next generation of fashion professionals.
Jenny Yoo is also proud to partner with charities that give back to those in our community. We currently donate bridal gowns two times per year to Church Street Bridal, a Virginia based salon who’s proceeds from specifically benefit the YWCA’s Domestic Violence Prevention Program (DVPP) and Sexual Assault Response Program (SARP) while finding deserving brides their dream gown. We also support Housing Works of New York through bi-annual donations of dresses.
At Jenny Yoo, we are continuously finding ways to improve our process and become more sustainable. From consolidating shipments to cut down on CO2 emissions, to reduced packaging and establishing more localized sourcing. We feel every step towards sustainability, is one in the right direction.
